Notify my database of potential buyers with details of the listing;

Contact you regularly with feedback from other agents and buyers;

Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to you;

Keep you updated on closed sales in you neighborhood, and inform you of new and pending properties potentially having an impact on the sale of your home;

Prepar an updated CMA if there are any changes to the market;

Discuss all marketing activities with you.
